Anurag Jain

(FCA, FAFD, IRP, B Com)

Mr. Anurag Jain is the Founder of the firm Jain Anurag & Associates. He is a qualified chartered accountant and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from DAVV University. In his vast professional journey of over 17 years, he amassed rich experience in almost every field of professional services. In his professional career, he has gained in depth experience in the areas of Business Restructuring, Management Consultancy, Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing Matters and NRI Taxation.

He is known for the skills he possesses in delivering innovative ideas, efficient tax planning and management consultancy to clients growing their businesses. His other core area of expertise includes Auditing, Assurance, Corporate Compliances and Legal Matters. He is more focused towards formulation and implementation of best strategies for its clients and their success. He is also an expert in providing roadmap, guidance and financial strategies to new start-ups operating in India and new entrants in the Indian market from International borders to set up their business in India.

Navin Jain

(B Com, Company Secretary, MBA)

Mr. Navin Jain is a practicing Company Secretary. He has worked with CARE Ratings, one of the leading credit rating company in India as Company Secretary and Legal & Compliance Officer. He also looked after strategic initiatives of CARE.

He is a commerce graduate with Honours from Calcutta University and also qualified Company Secretary. He also has done Masters in Financial Services Management from Mumbai University.

He has worked as a Consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for "Best practices for regulatory framework and use of credit rating information of Domestic Credit Rating Agencies in South Asia (Current and Potential Role of DCRAs & Model Regulatory Framework for DCRAs - India)" in 2010. He was also invited by ADB for a country specific Seminar at Nepal to discuss the importance of credit rating agencies in the development of debt market.

As Compliance Officer of CARE, he was the principal contact point for SEBI and other governmental and statutory bodies. One of the key milestones of his long career at CARE was the successful handling of listing of CARE in December 2012.

He is responsible for legal advisory and management consultancy services in our organization.

Anamika Jain

(FCA, DISA, DIRM, B Com)

Ms. Anamika Jain is a fellow chartered accountant has an all-round experience of over 17 Years in the field of financial advisory, Management consultancy, system and MIS setup and risk advisory service. Apart from being Chartered Accountant she is also holding certification of system auditor and also holding degree in Insurance and Risk Management from ICAI with 1st rank in India.

She plays an important role in the firm and responsible for Auditing, Assurance, Corporate Compliances, and management consultancy and risk assessment advisory services. She is more focused towards formulation and implementation of best strategies for its clients and their success.

Pooja Diwakar

(M.COM, MBA)

Ms. Pooja is Mcom and MBA Finance has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation. He has vast experience in the field of Income Tax and GST. She is well versed with analysis skills, his skills contributes to the objective of our organization in serving clients in best possible manner. Her ambition towards his profession contributes in satisfying our clients with his quality of services.

Mr. Laxman Parab is a commerce graduate from University of Mumbai. He has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation and Corporate Compliance matters.He has vast experience in the field of Business set ups and accounts outsourcing support functions. His professional expertise and area of specialization includes Direct and Indirect Taxation, accounts outsourcing support functions and ROC compliance matters of corporates.
